Return Eligibility – Damaged Items Only

At Digistoreline, we are committed to delivering quality products. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


How to Report a Damaged Item

To report a damaged item, please contact us at:

Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description.

Once approved, you may return the item for:

  • A replacement (if in stock), or

  • A full refund of the product cost

  • Please Note: Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility, even in cases of damaged items.


Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Non-damaged items

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Sale or discounted products
